No, I've never heard of it. I'll look on my fav. site for stuff like that: Amazon.com! I'll give you the site where you can take a look at it:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/searc ... 00-2807366

Do any of these books look familiar?

Yeah. I'd like to know, cuz I just found out about a history project. We have to pick anybody in history and do research on them. Hmm, I wonder who I'll pick? An Egyptian, perhaps? It's only my field of expertise. I'm doing it on Tut or Khufu. I can get more info on them than any other people.

that is cool that you have to do a report. yeah i have a lot of info on tut and khufu too. i did a report on the great pyramid last year. Oh by the way the book i don't think it was on there, but i only had reference to it in a book with no pictures or anything so it might have been, i dunno. thanks anyway.

But you know, if you wrote a report about somebody else that people didn't know a lot about, it may be more interesting. Like about Nefertiti. You could pose the question about what happened to her and choose a few of the mose likely reasons and then focus on one point and go on with it. Or you coulc choose one person, say, Ahmose, and tell them what he did by restoring the Egtptian rule over the Hitties and then explain what Egypt would have been like if he had not done this, or something like that.

Ask me if you want any more ideas or need help with research,

Well, I did write a story about Nefertiti, but it wasn't that good. And, I hate to say, even though I seem to know a lot about Egypt, I really don't. I've reasherched, but I never really read it. Then, it got erased when my motherboard crashed. So, I didn't research very much after that. I also convinced my friend to try Nefertiti. The only reason she wanted to was because of the Mummy. I'm beginning to hate those movies! She knows nothing of Nefertiti or Egypt. All she cares about is finding Hamunaptra, which doesn't exist, or finding a mummy. She's really not interested in the culture. If I waste my time trying to get her info, she'll never read it! Does anybody else know of a royal woman that has a really interesting mystery like Nefertiti that's not as widely kown?

Egypt22 - Did you manage to find the book you were after?
It's called The Pyramids and Temples of Gizeh and I was thinking about picking up a copy next weekend if it's in stock.

An online version of the book for those who are interested, can be viewd at:
http://members.optushome.com.au/fmetrol ... /index.htm

Enjoy
