The second object looks like a wooden (?) ka statute, which I'd date tentatively to the Middle Kingdom based on the box-skirt and rounded haircut. It's difficult to tell whether the object is a fake or simply shoddily made though - the figure seems poorly proportioned (the head and hair are too large, the waistline is too low, and the facial features are poorly arranged), the skirt angle seems odd, and the feet are too small and not in the traditional 'striding' position. I'd err on the side of caution, and conclude that even if real, the object is a terrible example of Middle Kingdom sculpture.
