You can save them and host them It's free and it's who I use each time for image hosting. You don't need to register with Imageshack, and the pics don't get deleted (as they are prone to do with Photobucket).

I'm not sure how many emoticons we are permitted in each post here but I'll pop a few on a few posts, and anyone can use them. Admin may want to add them to the board's emoticons.
